FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS
What do you mean by 'bespoke' items?
Bespoke items are made to order to your exact specification. So if you want specific figures drawn or specific wording, that's a bespoke item.
Can I change my order after I've placed it?
We ask you to make any changes within 24 hours of placing your order as by that time, your order maybe in the production studio and may already be in the process of being made.
Where's my order?
Once you've placed your order, you will receive an email confirmation to let you know when we've received and accepted it. You will receive another email to let you know when we've dispatched it and an estimated time-frame for when you can expect to receive it.
But it's not arrived!
Unfortunately, despite our best efforts to get your order to you within our estimated time, we often find items are returned to the local Post Office with no 'while you were out' card left. We always recommend you check with your neighbours first and then check with your local Post Office. If after 15 working days you have still not received your order, we can claim the item as lost with Royal Mail and start to make you a new one.
Weight is everything
We try to keep these things as simple as possible and use a pricing structure based on the weight of the parcel: <1kg 1-2kg, 2-5kg.
Wrapping your parcel
Our postage costs include packaging your gift beautifully and carefully so that it not only looks good when it arrives, but it arrives safely.
Dispatch
We will send you an email confirmation to let you know when your order has been dispatched.
Estimated delivery times
All of our delivery times are estimated and as much as we’d like to, we just can’t guarantee specific dates. We will always try to get your order to you as soon as we possibly can but despite our best efforts on rare occasions your parcel may be held up in the postal system and may be late.
What does ‘working days’ mean?
Monday to Friday are working days. Saturdays, Sundays and all bank holidays are classed as non-working day

Please contact us to see if we are able to accommodate your request, a £3.95 charge applies to urgent orders dispatched next working day.
Where do you deliver?
We will post to anywhere in the world you ask us to.
Will I have to pay import duties?
We post from the UK and all our products are sold on an unpaid Delivery Duty basis. So you or the lucky recipient of your gift may have to pay import duty or a formal customs entry fee prior to or at the time of delivery. We recommend you check your local legislation rules.
